The Charity was looking for a trusted partner to help, often at speed, prepare materials to support their fundraising drive. Working alongside them to develop a series of templates in various forms, we identified opportunities to use elements of the visual brand toolkit that could work harder. We developed their visual ‘collage’ style to demonstrate the range of staff that comprise the service – whilst still retaining the photogenic hero-visuals of pilots and medics against the London skyline, to ordinary people’s incredible stories of survival.
We delivered artwork for a number of different formats – including letter, greeting card and envelope and digital card – helping to draw attention to the campaign from their existing and new potential funders.

As part of the work helped to pushed the potential of the brand, this was one of the projects that encouraged further conversations had about how flexible this was and whether considerations for a re-brand might be timely. Their current visual and verbal brand is being updated, driven by internal colleagues and supported again by us.
The fundraising campaign itself was successful, thanks in no small part to the dedication of marketing colleagues that – equipped with this set of materials, announced that the new helicopters has been fully fundraised and would be starting operating next year in 2025.

“Thank you to Jonny and the team for supporting our design team and helping us continue to produce top-quality corporate materials that make a vital difference in our fundraising efforts and, in turn, the maintenance of our vital life-saving service. We look forward to continuing to work with the Studio - they really understand the constraints of our sector and provide real design flair.”
